The Marriott Cleveland Downtown at Key Center undertook an interior renovation of the public space including the lobby, bar, M Club, market, front desk, ballroom and meeting space. The project repositions the brand to Marriott Modern. As part of the this renovation the following third party amenities were added:

PMC served as owner’s representative for this project, providing consultant selection, GMP facilitation, and budget and schedule development and management, among other consulting services.&nbsp;

Phase one is complete.&nbsp; Beginning in a few years, the Marriott Cleveland Downtown plans to complete a total guestroom renovation.
